Comfortable Lady strives to provide fast and reliable delivery services so that you can receive your women's clothing on time. Here's what you need to know about our shipping policies.


  • Processing Time: Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.


  • Shipping Methods: We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs, including standard and expedited shipping. Available methods are displayed at checkout, along with estimated delivery times and associated costs.


  • Domestic and International Shipping Charges: Comfort Lady ships both domestically and internationally to select destinations. Please note that international shipping may incur additional fees and longer transit times due to customs procedures.


  • Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes the tracking information. This tracking number allows you to track the progress of your shipment and estimate the delivery date.


  • Delivery timings: Delivery times may vary depending on location, shipping method selected and unforeseen carrier delays. While we strive to adhere to estimated delivery dates, please be aware that weather conditions or busy delivery times may affect delivery times.


  • Delivery Charges: Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order, destination and delivery method selected. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout so you can check before purchasing.


‘Comfort Lady’ wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your women's clothing, we offer you a free return policy. Here are the details below.


  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, unused and in the same condition as received with all original tags and packaging intact. Used, washed or altered products cannot be returned.


  • Return period: You can start the return within 15 days from the delivery date. After this, we may not be able to accept your return request.


  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service via email or phone and request a Return Authorization (RA) number. After receiving the RA number, package the products securely and add the RA number to the outside of the package. 


  • Return Shipping costs:  The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error or defective product. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure the safe and timely delivery of returned items.


  • Refund or Exchange: Once we have received and inspected the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method. or exchange items for a different size or color based on availability and your preference.


  • Refund Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed and appear in your account.


  • Exceptions: Certain products, such as intimate apparel or products marked for final sale, may not be eligible for returns. Please check the product description and return restrictions before purchasing.
