Returns & Exchange Policy

At Comfort Lady, we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unworn and unused
  • With original tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

⚠️ Items sent back without initiating a return request will not be accepted.


How to Initiate a Return

Customers can initiate a return through the customer portal at comfortlady.co.in.

Steps:

  1. Log in using the email ID used to place the order
  2. Select the order
  3. Request a return from the portal

If your return request is approved, we will send you:

  • A return shipping label
  • Instructions on how and where to send the package

Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

If the item is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect

Contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Purchases made with gift cards are non-returnable.
  • Online purchases made at comfortlady.co.in cannot be returned at physical stores.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to:

  1. Return the original product
  2. Once the return is accepted, you may opt for a new product via our Customer Support Team

Refunds

Refunds/returns are approved only after inspection of the returned product.

For Prepaid Orders

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after successful delivery of the return to our warehouse and inspection approval
  • Banks or card issuers may take additional time to reflect the refund. Comfort Lady is not liable for such delays

For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • A refund coupon will be issued to your account and this one applicable in our website (comfortlady.co.in)
  • Once the return is received and verified
  • The coupon will be issued within 24–48 hours
